Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Aurum Prime ("Aurum", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of our website, Telegram channels, signal feeds, educational materials, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You must not be located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or on any sanctions list maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States (OFAC).

2. Nature of the Services

Aurum provides market commentary, technical analysis, educational content, and software tooling. Aurum is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. We do not execute trades on your behalf and we do not custody client funds. Any third-party broker referenced (e.g. Vantage Markets) is an independent entity governed by its own agreements.

3. Accounts & Telegram Access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your email and Telegram handle at checkout.
• Access to private Telegram channels is granted only to the verified handle you submit. Sharing your invite link or seat is grounds for immediate revocation without refund.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, harassment, scraping, redistribution of content, or violation of these Terms.

4. Purchases & Billing

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Paddle, and supported crypto rails). By submitting a payment you authorize the provider to charge the full amount, including any applicable taxes. Lifetime access means access for the operational lifetime of the Service, which we estimate at a minimum of 24 months from purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, analytics, code, branding, and educational materials are owned by Aurum or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal trading purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, train models on, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Services.

6. Acceptable Use

• No automated scraping, mirroring, or bulk export of signals or messages.
• No reverse engineering of bots, APIs, or proprietary models.
• No harassment of staff, traders, or other members.
• No use of the Services in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful activity.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Services constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. All signals and commentary are general in nature and do not consider your personal objectives, financial situation, or needs. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. 8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AURUM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurum, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) shall survive.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Aurum's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
