Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is deliberately simple: if Aurum Prime isn't right for you, you get your money back within the first 7 days — even after your private Telegram invite has been delivered. We voluntarily waive the standard "digital content delivered" exception during that window so you can evaluate the service risk-free.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For first-time purchases of Aurum VIP, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. The refund applies whether or not your Telegram invite has been redeemed or used. On approval, your VIP access is revoked at the same time the refund is issued.

To prevent abuse, refunds may be declined only where there is clear evidence of:

• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of signals or materials; or
• Sharing your invite link or seat with a third party; or
• Repeated buy-and-refund behaviour across multiple orders or identities.

2. Crypto Payments

Refunds for purchases made in cryptocurrency are issued in the original asset at the prevailing market rate at the time of refund, less network fees. We are not responsible for exchange-rate movements between purchase and refund.

3. Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account or by emailing support@aurum-prime.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period remains active until its end date and is non-refundable beyond the 7-day window.

4. After the 7-Day Window

• Purchases older than 7 calendar days from the order date.
• One-to-one coaching sessions that have already been delivered.
• Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or abuse listed in §1.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@aurum-prime.com from the address associated with your order. Include your order number. No justification is required during the 7-day window. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, and your VIP access is revoked at that time.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we honor the 7-day guarantee without dispute, so a chargeback is never necessary inside that window. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate revocation of access and may be reported to the relevant payment networks and authorities.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights granted to you under applicable law (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations). Aurum Prime voluntarily extends a 7-day money-back guarantee on top of any such statutory rights, and waives the digital-content delivery exception during that window.
